You suffer a permanent injury from an accident

You may be entitled for a payment from the accident insurance if you suffer permanent injuries as a result of an accident. The insurance is managed by Codan, and you must contact Codan if you have questions or need to apply for payment.

The pension scheme typically includes accident insurance which provides a payment if you have an accident that causes permanent injury or damage your teeths. 

How to apply for payment?
  1. You and if relevant your dentist must complete a claim form
  2. Submit the form to Codan:

    You must file your claim as soon as possible.
