Complaints procedure

At P+ we strive to provide all members with high-quality, professional advice from our skilled and committed employees. Even so, situations may arise where you disagree with us, or where mistakes occur.
Contact Member Services

If you are dissatisfied with or disagree with our decision/advice, you must first contact our Member Services. They know you and your scheme, and it may be the way to resolve a potential disagreement.

Complaints Officer

If, after having contacted Member Services, you still disagree with the handling of your enquiry or decision, you may submit a complaint to our Complaints Officer who is our specialist team. Send an e-mail to klageansvarlig@pplus.dk 

The Insurance Complaints Board

If you disagree with the decision from our Complaints Officer, you may complain to:

The fee for submitting a claim to the Insurance Complaints Board is DKK 200, and you must use a special form which you can download here 

Personal data

If you want to complain about P+’s processing of your personal data, you must send an e-mail to our DPO on DPO@pplus.dk
