You and your family have free access to online medical advice. You must download an app to make use of the offer.
You can consult the online doctor every day of the year – also when you are abroad.
How can the doctor assist?
The online doctor can for example provide:
- medical advice
- write prescriptions
- make referrals to further treatment in the public healthcare system.
How to get started
- Download the app hejdoktor.dk from App Store or Google Play
- Log in using MitID.
- Go to your profile and select 'Abonnement’.
- Choose 'P+ Pension' from the list and press ’Tilmeld’.
You are now ready to use the online doctor service.
Opening hours
- Weekdays: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Weekends and public holidays: 8:00 am to 6.00 pm
