A wellbeing check can help you identify areas that may require extra attention, helping you reduce the risk of stress and emotional distress.

As a member of P+, you can always check your well-being  online which can make you aware of your stress level. 

Preventive support

If you see warning lights, you can access  online courses (only available in Danish) which may help improve your sleep or reduce the stress symptoms. 

If the results indicate a higher level of concern, you may be offered a support programme where healthcare specialists provide tailored guidance to help you address the challenges you are facing. 

How to get started
  • Access the wellbeing check (provided by the online service Flow).
  • Complete the wellbeing check by answering the questions.
  • Review your results and, if relevant, continue with the recommended online courses.
