Get help preventing stress

If you see warning lights, you have the possibility of taking online courses (only available in Danish) which may make you sleep better or reduce the stress symptoms. 

If necessary, you may be offered a programme providing targeted support from healthcare specialist which can help you with the challenges you are facing.
