Board self-assessment
The board of directors conduct an annual self-assessment. The main elements of the self-assessment include each board members' contribution to the board's work and the results achieved. In addition, the focus is on the board's cooperation with the executive management and the organisation and the quality of the material provided to the board. Finally, the composition of the board, including competencies, are examined.
Once the self-assessment has been completed and a report prepared, the full board discusses the results focusing on identifying strengths and weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
