According to legislation related to companies subject to supervision by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, the Board of Directors has set up an Audit committee comprised of three members form the Board. A requirement to the committee is that one of the members has qualifications within accounting or auditing. The Board determines and set up the Audit committee once every year. 

The member with qualifications within accounting or auditing has been appointed as Chairman. The Audit committee must supervise the pension fund's financial reporting, the legal auditing of the annual accounts and control auditor independence.
