The audit committee is established by the board and consists of member of the board of directors. At least one member must have qualifications in auditing or accounting. The board reviews the composition of the audit committee annually. 

The board has established an audit committee comprising three board members. The member with qualifications in auditing or accounting serves as chair of the committee. The audit committee is responsible for overseeing the pension fund's reporting, the statutory audit of the annual financial statements as well as monitoring and safeguarding the independence of the external auditor.
