If you are dissatisfied or disagree with a decision or our advisory services, you must at first contact Membership Services. Our pension advisors know you and your pension scheme, and it may be the way to solve a potential disagreement. You can email us here

The fee for submitting a complaint to the Insurance Complaints Board is DKK 200, and you must use a special form which you can download here: www.ankeforsikring.dk

If you want to complain about P+'s processing of your personal data, you must send an email to our DPO on dpo@pplus.dk
