With a health insurance help is nearby if your fall ill or get injured. The insurance covers examination and treatment of injuries, illnesses and sufferings at a medical specialist or professional practitioner - both for yourself and your children under age 24. Claim forms are always handled within 1-2 workdays which gives you a quick overview of  your possibilities.  

The health insurance is an offer for members of P+ between age 18-59. In general, the health insurance is not part of your pension scheme in P+, but as a member you have the possibility of buying it through Gjensidige at a favourable price.
