P+ is the data controller for the personal data we hold about you. This applies regardless of whether you are our member, tenant, employee, applicant or business partner.

16. If we transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA

In general, your personal data is processed within the EU and the EEA.

Who do we share your personal data with?
P+ does not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, and as a general rule we also do not permit our business partners to do so. 

Possible transfers
In individual cases, however, we may transfer personal data to third countries, for example if:

  • An IT supplier uses cloud solutions or support functions outside the EU/EEA.
  • PensionsInfo uses sub-processors outside the EU/EEA.
  • It is necessary to make international payments. 

The legal basis
If we need to transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, we always ensure that there is a valid basis for the transfer. 

The transfer will always take place in accordance with chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation.

In general, we respond to your enquiry within 30 days. In special cases, the deadline may be extended by up to two months. If so, we will inform you of the reason. 

To protect your data, we may ask you to identify yourself before we process your request.

18. How long do we retain your personal data?

In general, we retain your data for no longer than the period shown in the table, and only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy.

If you submit a report containing personal data through the whistleblower scheme, we retain the data for as long as necessary to handle and document the case. 

If the report does not fall within the scope of the whistleblower scheme, we delete the data immediately.

20. Changes to the privacy policy

We update this privacy policy on an ongoing basis if there are changes to legislation, supervisory authority practice or our processing of personal data/use of technology.
