P+ does not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, and as a general rule we also do not permit our business partners to do so.

In general, we respond to your enquiry within 30 days. In special cases, the deadline may be extended by up to two months. If so, we will inform you of the reason.
To protect your data, we may ask you to identify yourself before we process your request.

In general, we retain your data for no longer than the period shown in the table, and only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy.
If you submit a report containing personal data through the whistleblower scheme, we retain the data for as long as necessary to handle and document the case.
If the report does not fall within the scope of the whistleblower scheme, we delete the data immediately.
