Participation and catering
You can participate either in person or online. If you participate in person, we recommend that you arrive early. We will be serving coffee and cake from 3pm. After the general meeting, a buffet will be available. 

Registration and power of attorney
Registration opens on 2 February when it will also be possible to grant power of attorney to the Board or a third party. Once the final agenda is in place - expected on 30 March - it will be possible to issue an instruction power of attorney to the Board.

It is important that you register in advance
You must be registered for the general meeting on order to vote - both when you participate in person and online. For practical reasons, registration and the option to grant a power of attorney will both close the day before the general meeting - that is on 15 April at 12:00 noon.

If you show up at the general meeting without having registered in advance, you are welcome to participate, but without the right to vote. Powers of attorney that are received after the deadline will not be considered.

Member proposals and notice
The deadline for submitting member proposals is 4 March. Proposals can be sent as an e-mail, a Word document or a PowerPoint presentation to generalforsamling@pplus.dk 

We expect to send the notice convening the annual general meeting, including the final agenda, via e-Boks on 30 March.

Preliminary agenda

1. The Board of directors’ report on the pension fund’s activities in the past year
2. Presentation and approval of the audited annual report 2025 
3. Approval of appropriation of profit or covering of losses according to the approved annual report
4. Proposals from the Board of directors and members of the pension fund
5. Approval of remuneration policy
6. Election of state-authorised public accountants
7. Any other business
