The Articles of Association describe the pension fund’s purpose, who the pension fund accepts as members as well as members’ rights and obligations. They explain the framework for the annual general meeting, the composition and election of the board and the rules for postal ballots. The Articles of Association also contains provisions on signatory authority, the basis for calculating benefits, requirements for the annual report and audit, the use of electronic communication as well as procedures for amendments to the Articles of Association and dissolution.
