How does P+’s chatbot work?

Before you get started

When you chat with our chatbot, you are communicating with an AI powered assistant. The solution is based on a language model that automatically answers your questions by using available information from P+’s website. The answers are generalized  and cannot replace personal advice.

Do not share personal data

You should not share personal data when you use the chatbot. Personal data includes name, age, health information, civil registration number or job title. The chatbot can answer your questions in general terms based on our website content, and therefore it cannot take your personal circumstances into account. Any personal data that accidently is entered into the chatbot is irrevocably deleted by P+.

About quality and limitations

Like all solutions based on artificial intelligence, the chatbot may provide incorrect or incomplete answers. P+ continually monitors and optimizes the chatbot’s quality. Please, feel free to give us your feedback directly in the chat if you encounter errors or deficiencies. You can provide your feedback via chatbot@pplus.dk

What can the chatbot do – and what can’t it do?

The solution is primarily intended to answer general questions about P+ and our available pension products. You cannot use the chatbot for changing your pension, your insurances or other services from P+. This requires personal service or use of the self-service solution on our website.
