If P+ must pay pension benefits or insurance covers to children, you must complete this form.

If the child does not have a tax card, you must contact SKAT to get one. If not, we are obliged to deduct 55 percent tax.

Bank account

Children’s pension is paid to the child’s NemKonto/Easy Account. If the child does not have a NemKonto/Easy Account, you must contact your bank to set up one.

Custody

If the child is not 18 years old, you must inform us about the custody.
