In P+ we aim at providing qualified and professional advisory services. Even so, there may be situations where you disagree with us, or errors occur.
Contact the Membership Services team

If you are discontent or disagree with our decision/advisory services, you must at first contact our Membership Services team. Our pension advisors know you and your scheme, and it may be the way to solve a potential disagreement.

Complaints Officer

If after having contacted the Membership Services team you still disagree with the handling of your enquiry or decision, you can submit a complaint to our Complaints Officer who is our specialist team. Send an e-mail to klageansvarlig@pplus.dk 

The Insurance Complaints Board

If you also disagree with the decision from our Complaints Officer, you can file a claim to:

The fee for filing a claim to the Insurance Complaints Board is DKK 200, and you must use a special form which you download here

If you want to complain about P+’s processing of your personal data, you must send an e-mail to our DPO on DPO@pplus.dk
