Submit a complaint

In P+ we aim at providing qualified and professional advisory services. Even so, there may be situations where we disagree or errors occur.
Contact Membership Services

If you are discontent with or disagree on our decision/advisory services, you must at first contact Membership Services. Our pension advisors know you and your scheme, and it may be the way to solve a potential disagreement.

Submit a complaint

If after having contacted Membership Services you still disagree with the handling of your enquiry or decision, you can submit a complaint to klageansvarlig@pplus.dk 

The Insurance Complaints Board

If you still disagree on the decision, you can file a claim to:

The fee for filing a claim to the Insurance Complaints Board is DKK 200, and you must use a special form which you download here

If you want to complain about P+’s processing of your personal data, you must send an e-mail to our DPO on DPO@pplus.dk
